The Continental Refrigerator sandwich & salad prep table from the Mighty Top series is designed for restaurants and commercial kitchen prep stations. It is constructed from stainless steel with a refrigerated base and mega top. The unit measures 72" (L) x 35" (W) x 42.25" (H), supporting organized food prep and storage. It offers 20.6 cb3 capacity and holds up to 30 pans (1/6 size).
It includes 6 drawers with two-tier capacity, chrome drawer handles, and Santoprene magnetic snap-in gaskets. An insulated lid, 2 hoods, and an 8-inch cutting board support prep tasks. The interior features aluminum back and lining with removable interior tub sections. Insulation includes 2" non-CFC polyurethane foam for temperature retention.
The unit operates on 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with 6 amps and 1/3+ HP. It uses R-290 refrigerant and maintains 33° to 41°F. The system includes a rear-mounted compressor with side/rear breathing, non-corrosive plasticized fin evaporator coil, and off-cycle defrost.
