Made in America from durable stainless steel with a silver finish, it combines strength with a professional, easy-to-clean design. It features a mega top layout with 9.25" cutting board depth and 18-pan 1/6-size capacity, along with two solid swing doors and two epoxy-coated adjustable shelves for flexible ingredient storage.
The table measures 48" (W) x 36" (D) x 46" (H) and includes four 2" swivel casters with brakes for easy relocation and cleaning. The rear-mounted compressor and side/rear breathing design support reliable cooling, operating at 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It uses R-290 refrigerant with a 1/7 HP system, maintaining temperatures from 35°F to 38°F, controlled via electronic digital settings.
Self-closing doors and ETL, ETL Sanitation, and cETLus certifications make it safe and compliant for commercial use. The manufacturer offers a 2-year parts & labor warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty.
