This commercial freezer features a 13 cu. ft. capacity and holds up to eight 10" x 10" 3-gallon ice cream tubs. The storage configuration accommodates 6 display tubs and provides additional frozen storage capacity for foodservice operations.
The cabinet is constructed with a powder coated steel exterior in a white finish and a precoated steel interior. It measures 49.6" (W) x 28" (D) x 34.5" (H). Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet structure. The unit includes two sliding glass doors with a door lock and interior LED lighting for product visibility.
This electric ice cream dipping cabinet operates on 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz power and draws 4 amps. It features a 2/5+ HP refrigeration system using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
