The Platinum Frost Series commercial reach in freezer merchandiser is designed for foodservice operators storing and displaying frozen items in a commercial kitchen. It supports ice cream, pizza, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and packaged appetizers in restaurant and retail settings.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior in a silver finish, the freezer features a single swing glass door made of triple-layer tempered glass. The freestanding design includes LED interior lighting for clear visibility.
The unit offers a 23 cu.ft capacity and measures 27" (W) x 31.5" (D) x 83.3" (H), with a temperature range of -8°F to 0°F controlled by an electronic digital temperature controller. Three epoxy-coated steel wire shelves support up to 150 lbs per shelf.
It operates on 115 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a bottom-mounted condenser and high performance compressor.
