Proudly made in America and finished in a durable white exterior, this unit features a slide-in chassis for quick serviceability and long-term use in professional installations. This PTAC unit provides a cooling output of 7,000 to 7,200 BTU with an exceptional EER of 12.0/12.1.
The system operates on 208–230 volts, drawing only 2.6/2.8 amps, and consumes 600/575 watts during cooling. Equipped with a rotary compressor and a single high-performance fan motor, it delivers quiet and effective air circulation. The unit includes SmartFan™ fan cycling, 2-speed settings for cooling, heating, and fan-only modes, and supports a temperature range of 62°F to 80°F.
With its use of R32 refrigerant, this PTAC air conditioner supports modern environmental standards. It measures 42.4" (W) x 20.9" (D) x 16" (H), allowing for smooth through-the-wall installation. It includes a power cord, frost control feature, a 2-position discharge grille, and a concealed manual vent control with outdoor vent/exhaust for fresh air exchange. Its auto power recovery function automatically restores the unit to previous settings after power interruptions.
Backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty, the Hotpoint PTAC Unit also features Freeze Sentinel™ for freeze protection and is remote thermostat ready (kit required), making it suitable for centralized building systems.
