It includes one rack and features a three-door upward-opening configuration for ergonomic access and fast operation.
Powered by a 1.5 HP motor and operating on a 115 V, 1-phase, 50/60 Hz electrical supply, this low-temperature unit features a muffler heater for controlled heat. The full cycle runs for 90 seconds with 50 seconds of wash, 30 seconds of rinse, and 10 seconds of dwell, capable of processing up to 37 racks per hour. It uses only 1.2 gallons of water per cycle, maximizing energy efficiency.
Additional performance features include a true low-energy dump, a two-stage filtration system, prime switches, and an inside sump for better drainage and cleanliness. Measuring 29" W x 28" D x 71.48" H (maximum), this unit is ideal for compact commercial kitchens. It supports a width table to table of 25". It requires a 1/2-inch water inlet, a 2-inch drain connection, and operates at 20 amps for optimal performance.
