The Manitowoc IYT0300W-161X Indigo NXT Ice Machine Head is a high-performance, American-made commercial ice machine designed for commercial kitchens. It features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior with a sleek silver finish and produces 310 lb of high-quality half-dice cubes daily. This water-cooled unit consumes just 4.74 kWh per 100 lbs of ice and 20 gallons of water.
It operates on a 115V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power supply and draws 7.9 A, with a 15 A maximum fuse size. Smart functionality includes intelligent diagnostics, multiple language support, and the LuminIce® II Growth Inhibitor, which keeps the food zone cleaner longer and reduces manual cleaning needs. Measuring 30" W x 24.5" D x 16.5" H, this compact unit connects via a 3/8" water inlet and 1/2" drain.
It handles water and ambient temperatures between 40°F and 90°F and 40°F and 110°F, respectively. With R-410A refrigerant, CFC-free construction, and peak cooling power of 5450 BTU/hr (average 4600 BTU/hr), this unit has 48% less global warming potential. It comes complete with Arctic Pure water filters, an external scoop holder, and an inhibitor, making it an efficient solution for commercial ice production.
