The Hoshizaki F1A-FG Steelheart Series reach-in freezer combines professional-grade durability with modern efficiency. Constructed with premium stainless steel inside and out, this 27.5-inch commercial freezer features a sophisticated glass door design and LED lighting system. The unit operates on 115V power and utilizes environmentally-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Powered by a robust 3/4 horsepower compressor, this freezer delivers 1425 BTU per hour cooling capacity. The digital control system maintains precise temperatures between -10° and +12°F, while the heated defrost system ensures consistent performance. The ducted air system and top-mounted compressor design optimize airflow and temperature uniformity throughout the cabinet.
The freezer's compact footprint measures 27.5"W x 34.5"D x 79.5"H, with a 57-inch clearance needed when the door is open 90 degrees. The self-closing door includes a magnetic gasket and stay-open feature for convenient loading. Three epoxy-coated steel wire shelves (21.25" x 26") provide 23.1 cubic feet of organized storage space.
