True is excellent when it comes to quality. Keeps milk ice cold even on hot days. Delivery guys were careful and set it up for us. Customer service was great too - I had questions about the warranty and they responded quick. It's pricey but worth every penny for the quality. Got this True milk cooler last month and its been working great so far. Holds lots of milk cartons and the 2-sided access is handy. Shipping was fast but the tracking info was kinda confusing. The cooler itself is top-notch tho - sturdy construction and easy to clean. Just wish it came with more shelves, might need to buy extras.
