The Manitowoc IYT1500W-263E Indigo NXT commercial ice machine is designed to sit atop compatible bins like model D970 for high-volume ice needs. With a daily production capacity of 1770 lbs., it delivers consistent half-size cubes measuring 3/8 (W) x 1 1/8 (D) x 7/8 (H) inches, ideal for foodservice and beverage stations. The exterior measures 48 (W) x 24.5 (D) x 29.5 (H) inches and is built from stainless steel in a clean silver finish.
This unit uses an air-cooled self-contained condenser, with a drain size of 1/2 in and a water inlet size of 3/8 in for easy plumbing. It runs on 208/230 V, draws 13.4 A, and is designed for 3-phase, 60 Hz power. With a power usage of 3.2 kWh per 100 lbs., it’s energy-conscious.
The maximum fuse size is 20 A, and it uses R410 refrigerant for efficient cooling. It handles water pressure from 20 to 80 psi and uses around 20 gal of water daily. Internally, it's made of plastic, with an easy-to-clean food zone and LuminIce II growth inhibitor for hygiene.
